With plenty of progress happening out on-site, Jason has provided us with an update on construction and what is happening next. Here is what he had to say…
“Hi, my name is Jason and I’m standing at stage one of Kingslea Broadmeadows where we are currently building 51 Torrens Title townhouses, both two and three bedroom and our first lot which has park views is about to be handed over in around the next couple of months.
Very exciting here and where we are in Broadmeadows. It is such a unique spot. With two fantastic state schools, offering both primary and high school just across the road as well just 800m away is Sirius College which is in the top 3 best private schools in Victoria.
Just around the corner, only 800m away, is the brand new Melbourne Storm training facility. We’ve also got busses running regularly past us here and a train station only 800m away, making commuting for our future community simple.
